Our Workouts
Our workout sessions are created specifically for your sport or individual athletic goal. We combine agility training with explosive/plyometric training to gain speed and power, multi-directional training to improve lateral quickness, cardiovascular training to improve endurance, and strength & resistance training to build muscular strength, power & endurance.
Our workouts are typically set up as intervals and circuit training – which alternate between explosive cardiovascular drills and powerful strength exercises. Each workout is designed to target the entire body, with a specific focus on your sport; flexibility training is integrated into each session as part of the cool down.
