Bill is in his 19th year teaching in Fairfax County (Virginia) Public Schools. He is a graduate of George Mason University, where he earned a Physical Education degree and a Health/PE teaching certificate. Bill also holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of PA and a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Bill is the JV Baseball coach at Fairfax high school, and has been training high school and youth athletes through Fairfax County for the past six years. Bill also has a martial arts background having earned a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and a black belt in Hwardo.
Bill attends many local and national fitness conferences throughout the year and brings a wealth of fitness knowledge to his colleagues in FCPS.

Denise is the Executive Director of Functional Fitness 4 Kids, Inc. (FF4K) and a full-time Health and Physical Education teacher in Fairfax County, Virginia and a part-time Personal Trainer. Denise earned a B.S. degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Penn State University. After spending several years in the personal training industry, Denise went on to obtain a license in Health and Physical Education (K-12) through the Virginia Department of Education. She is also a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, and holds CPR and First Aid certifications. Moser has been training clients and teaching fitness classes to adults, children, and teens for many years. Her background consists of Group Fitness instruction, Collegiate Athletic Training, Personal Training (for an exclusive personal training company and in-home training), high school Sports Medicine Teacher, and has held several management/supervisory positions throughout her career. While at Penn State, Denise had the opportunity to study along-side USA Olympic team trainers and athletes during the summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA. Her specialty is sport specific/athletic training and youth fitness. Additionally, she keeps herself in the forefront of the fitness industry by attending several fitness seminars and workshops throughout the year. Denise has created a youth fitness curriculum that has been shared with over 3000 youth fitness professionals, and implemented throughout the Country. She has written fitness curriculum for schools in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and has partnered with St. Francis University Physical Therapy department to conduct research on the FF4K youth fitness model (research results can be found at www.FF4K.org). As the lead trainer for FF4K, Denise has presented at many local and National fitness conferences, and has been highlighted in several fitness magazines and national publications. *As a team, Bill and Denise created “Fitness Bootcamp” for middle school students (in 2001), and have presented its model to over 1000 health & fitness professionals. Their fitness curriculum has been presented at Fairfax County Public Schools in-service, Loudoun County Public Schools in-service, Southern District AAHPERD, and VAAHPERD.
